Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator/General Labor
Pay Range: $18-$25/hr (DOE)
Location: Orange County, CA
Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators, and General Laborers. In this role, you will assist with a variety of warehouse and facility operations, including material handling, inventory management, forklift operation, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, sort, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred but not always required).
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Receive and inspect incoming products and materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records.
- Perform general labor tasks, including cleaning and organizing work areas.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, forklift, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
