Responsibilities
- Assemble cabinets and cabinetry components according to specifications and drawings
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Measure, cut, fit, and install hardware and cabinet components
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and assembly instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and production schedules
- Assist with other shop and assembly duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous cabinet assembly, woodworking, carpentry, or related experience preferred
- Ability to read tape measures and assembly drawings
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
