Job Full Description
We are seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support to our team and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to management and staff
- Answer phones, manage correspondence, and schedule meetings
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets
- Assist with data entry, filing, and recordkeeping
- Coordinate office supplies, deliveries, and vendor communications
- Support HR or accounting tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ year of administrative or office experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
