Job Full Description

We are seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support to our team and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to management and staff
  • Answer phones, manage correspondence, and schedule meetings
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and recordkeeping
  • Coordinate office supplies, deliveries, and vendor communications
  • Support HR or accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ year of administrative or office experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
