About the Role:
We’re seeking a fast-learning, organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role includes filing, scanning, data entry, and providing relief for the front desk when needed. You’ll also assist with payroll, HR, and marketing tasks as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform filing, scanning, and data entry duties

  • Assist with payroll and HR recordkeeping

  • Support marketing projects and social media updates

  • Provide front desk coverage and customer service as needed

  • Maintain organized digital and physical files

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of administrative or office experience

  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, data entry, and scanning software)

  • Fast learner with great attention to detail

  • Friendly, professional, and dependable

  • Able to handle confidential information
