Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee active construction projects. This role requires the ability and willingness to temporarily relocate for the duration of project assignments, with housing and related accommodations provided by the company.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, hands-on site management experience, and a proven ability to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily on-site construction activities

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards

Monitor project schedules, quality, and overall progress

Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues promptly

Communicate consistently with project managers and stakeholders

Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and project documentation
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or Superintendent

Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and scheduling

Ability to manage multiple trades and job-site personnel

Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills

Ability to temporarily housed for project assignments

Valid driver’s license

Relevant certifications preferred (as applicable)
