Position Type: Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities
Pay: $20-$24 Hour based on experience/41k – 50k annually if hired directly by our client
We are seeking experienced Grill Cooks for a fast-casual restaurant client. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled cooks looking for stable work, flexible scheduling, and a high-volume kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook grill menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Operate and manage the grill station efficiently during busy service periods
- Maintain proper food handling, temperature control, and sanitation practices
- Assist with prep, stocking, and station setup/cleanup
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service
Qualifications
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a strong teamwork mindset
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus (not required)
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
