Job Full Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and support a fast-paced working environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on warehouse experience, be skilled in forklift operation, and demonstrate strong leadership, organization, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Lead and support daily warehouse operations
- Manage and oversee inventory counts and accuracy
- Complete and review Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other warehouse documentation
- Ensure proper receiving, storing, and shipping of products
- Navigate and optimize warehouse workflows during both high-volume and slow periods
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Take initiative and make informed decisions when needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of warehouse experience, including forklift operation
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Experience with inventory counts and shipping/receiving paperwork (BOLs)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain productive during slower periods
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
- Responsible, dependable, and committed to the role
