We are seeking a dedicated, dependable, and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our growing clinical team. As an MA, you’ll work directly with providers and patients to ensure smooth clinical operations, excellent care, and an outstanding patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Room patients, take vital signs, and document patient history

Assist physicians with examinations, minor procedures, and treatments

Administer injections and immunizations per provider instructions

Perform EKGs, basic lab tests, and specimen collection

Maintain clean, stocked, and sterile exam rooms and equipment

Accurately document all clinical tasks in EMR system
-
Assist with scheduling, follow-up calls, referrals, and prescription refills as needed

Ensure a friendly, professional, and HIPAA-compliant environment
Qualifications:

Medical Assistant certification or diploma from an accredited program (Required)

CPR/BLS certification (Required or able to obtain before start)

EMR experience (e.g., Epic, Athena, eClinicalWorks) preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and reliability
