  Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Maintenance Assistant Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing apartments for fumigation and will assist in various maintenance tasks to ensure our properties are well-maintained and ready for occupancy.

  
  Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare apartments for fumigation, including removing or securing items as needed is a MUST.
  • Assist in general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
  • Perform routine inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance issues.
  • Coordinate with pest control professionals to ensure proper fumigation procedures are followed.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to the Property Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in preparing vacant units for new tenants, including cleaning and minor repairs.

  
  Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in property maintenance, with specific experience in preparing apartments for fumigation.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  
  Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods.
