Job Title: Order Puller / Customer Service Representative
Location: Glendale, CA
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Puller/Customer Service Representative to join our team in Glendale. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with physical tasks, and has strong communication and computer skills. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment and providing excellent service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pull and prepare HVAC parts and equipment for customer orders and deliveries
- Maintain organized inventory and restock shelves as needed
- Assist walk-in customers and answer phone inquiries professionally
- Process orders, returns, and invoices using our computer system
- Coordinate with technicians and warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide product information
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HVAC, warehouse, or customer service preferred
- Strong computer skills are a must (experience with inventory/order management systems is a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7AM - 4:30PM with occasional Saturdays depending on workload.
