Office Administrator
Location: Glendale

Reports To: Business Owner
Position Overview:
We are a family-owned business involved in a variety of industries, including real estate, property management, and other entrepreneurial ventures. We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support the smooth functioning of our diverse business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central point of contact for internal teams, clients, tenants, and vendors across all business lines.
- Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, scheduling, and document handling.
- Maintain and organize records related to real estate properties, leases, vendor contracts, and business operations.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, expense tracking.
- Support marketing efforts
- Order office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure the office remains clean and organized.
- Provide administrative support for other business ventures as needed, including research, data entry, and project coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or a similar role (experience in real estate or small business operations is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); QuickBooks or property management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
