Job Title: Bottler / Packer (Production Associate)
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Job Overview

A growing manufacturing operation is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bottler / Packer to join its production team. This role is responsible for safely and efficiently filling, labeling, and packaging products in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate bottling and packaging equipment according to established procedures
• Fill containers with liquid products accurately and consistently
• Label, seal, and package finished goods for shipment
• Inspect products for quality, ensuring proper fill levels, labeling accuracy, and packaging integrity
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or issues to supervisors
• Follow all company safety guidelines, including proper handling of materials and use of PPE
• Assist with inventory counts and material handling as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, bottling, packaging, or warehouse environments preferred
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Basic understanding of safety practices in a production setting
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Work Environment

• Industrial / production setting
• Exposure to liquids, machinery, and standard manufacturing conditions
• PPE required and provided as necessary
