Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $30.00
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant / Accountant to join our team in Ripon, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties with a primary focus on accounting and bookkeeping. This is a full-time, in-office position, and the candidate will also assist with inventory-related tasks and other administrative support across departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable
- Process payroll and handle related accounting duties
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with budgeting
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office management
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and updating inventory reports
- Prepare financial reports and assist with other accounting-related tasks
- Provide excellent customer service and support to both internal teams and external clients
- Assist with additional administrative and accounting duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with a strong emphasis on accounting and bookkeeping
- Familiarity with payroll processing and financial record-keeping
- Proficient in managing accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
