Administrative Secretary – Office Support

Key Responsibilities:

Answering phones, greeting guests, and performing general office duties

Processing and tracking invoices with attention to detail

Scheduling meetings with various internal and external participants using Microsoft Outlook

Facilitating virtual meetings using Zoom and Microsoft Teams

Creating meeting agendas and taking accurate meeting minutes when needed

Supporting a positive and professional office environment
Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook)

Advanced knowledge of Zoom and Microsoft Teams

Strong communication and organizational skills

Prior experience handling invoices or office coordination is a plus
