Now Hiring: Warehouse Associate – Cold Storage Facility
Pay: $23/hour
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 2am-1030am
Must be flexible to work 10–12 hour shifts, split schedules, or multiple shifts as needed.
About the Job:
We're looking for a dependable and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team in a cold storage facility (kept around 40°F). This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires physical work and attention to detail.
What You'll Do:
Pick, pull, and stage products based on orders
Operate stand-up forklifts and electric pallet jacks (EPJs)
Keep your work area clean and organized
Help with general warehouse and production tasks
Follow safety rules and dispose of waste properly
Meet daily productivity goals while staying safe and accurate
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
At least 3 years operating stand-up forklifts and EPJs
Cold storage warehouse experience is required
Skills:
Comfortable working 10–12 hour shifts, with flexible scheduling
Able to work independently and stay motivated
Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
Must pass a background check and drug test
