Job Full Description
Pay Rate:
$21.67–$22.88 (pending experience)
Schedule:
- 3:00 AM – 11:30 AM (OT required)
- 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM (OT required)
- 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (OT required)
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (OT required)
Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays depending on workload
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to read blueprints
- Concrete screeding experience is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Strip and clean concrete forms and products
- Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete
- Perform basic carpentry tasks
- Assist with facility maintenance and housekeeping
- Additional duties as needed
Skills:
- Manufacturing or construction experience preferred
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the day
Clean Background, Drug screen and must be able to read tape measures and pass a basic math test
