Executive Assistant

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support executive leadership for a well-established company in the Escalon area. This is more than an administrative role—it's an opportunity to become a trusted partner, working closely with executive leadership, board members, legal counsel, and key stakeholders across the organization.

What You'll Do
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and correspondence.
- Prepare, review, and proofread presentations, reports, and executive communications.
- Coordinate Board of Directors and committee meetings, including agendas, meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for executives, board members, employees, customers, vendors, and business partners.
- Handle highly confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Assist with legal and corporate administration, including maintaining records and supporting communications with attorneys, consultants, and vendors.
- Proofread legal documents and organize legal files.
- Coordinate executive meetings, company events, luncheons, and employee celebrations.
- Manage special projects while tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Provide administrative support with phones, mail distribution, and other office duties as needed.

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional proofreading and written communication abilities.
- Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with file management systems and general administrative functions.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or five or more years of related executive administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
