Program Coordinator
$25.00 per hour
8:30am - 5:00pm / Mon-Fri
A Nonprofit Organization in Los Angeles is seeking a Temporary Program Coordinator to join the team for a vital project. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a nonprofit environment and a strong background in case management. Program Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate program activities, ensuring efficient and effective implementation.
- Provide case management services to program participants, including assessment, goal-setting, and monitoring progress.
- Utilize computer skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and program documentation.
- Serve as a liaison between program participants and external agencies, providing referrals and resources as needed.
- Deliver excellent customer service to program participants, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
Program Coordinator Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in case management or a similar role within a nonprofit setting required.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
