Construction Administrative Assistant (ERP Proficiency)
$22.00 per hour / DOE
Monday-Friday / 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
A fast-growing construction company specializing in pipeline maintenance and repair, seeking a Construction Administrative Assistant with strong ERP experience, ideally with Acumatica. This role involves managing job data including scheduling, labor, and materials, supporting the transition from QuickBooks and manual systems, ensuring accurate billing and project tracking, and helping train staff on the new system. Construction Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Input and manage job data (labor, scheduling, materials, etc.) in Acumatica ERP
- Support the transition from QuickBooks and manual tracking to Acumatica ERP
- Support accurate job costing, billing, and project tracking
- Work closely with project managers and field teams to keep data flowing and projects moving
- Assist with training staff on Acumatica usage and new workflows
- Ensure documentation and reporting meet federal contracting compliance standards
- Maintain organized records and help prepare for audits and client reporting
- Ensure adherence to federal contracting requirements,
- Provide administrative support as needed
Construction Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- 2 + years in construction admin or project coordination roles
- Strong ERP experience, preferably in Acumatica or similar systems
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and transitioning to ERP platforms
- Understanding of federal contracting requirements
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and ERP tools
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable training others and explaining technical processes
