Client Service Administrator
$22.00 per hour
Monday-Friday / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
A fine home furnishings company based in East Los Angeles is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Client Service Administrator to join our collaborative team. This is a primarily administrative role, focused on client communication, process coordination, and internal reporting. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple types of communication and documentation with high attention to detail. Client Service Administrator Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via email and phone, providing updates and resolving inquiries in a professional, timely manner
- Describe the condition of items based on internal updates and inspections
- Compile and report data from various departments for internal use
- Collaborate with team members across departments to solve problems and keep things running smoothly
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Scan and upload documents into our internal systems
- Follow written instructions, procedures, and SOPs precisely
- Work efficiently with Microsoft Office tools and shared logs
Client Service Administrator Requirements:
- Prior administrative support or office coordination experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and working with spreadsheets and email
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures
- Experience working in a small team environment is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
