Production Coordinator
3:00pm - 11:30pm pm / Monday- Friday
$30–$35 per hour/ DOE
Occasional OT on weekends / 3pm - 3am
A manufacturing company specializing in high-end store display fixtures is looking for a Production Coordinator to join the team and help manage daily production activities and ensure projects are completed on time. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to keep production running smoothly. Production Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow and on-time completion
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and prioritizing production tasks
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align on timelines and deliverables
- Track production progress, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement efforts
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and materials/inventory tracking
- Support management with operational tasks, project planning, and cross-department coordination
- Ensure compliance with company processes, safety guidelines, and production standards
Production Coordinator Requirements:
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- 2+ years of experience in production coordination, project coordination, or a related role
- Ability to use inventory or production management systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with vendors, internal teams, and/or field or production staff
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and resolve issues quickly
- Basic knowledge of inventory or operations processes (preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and open to working overtime when needed
