Pay: $18.42 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
A business specialising in employee uniforms and promotional apparel is hiring a Seamstress. The company supplies organizations nationwide with customized clothing and merchandise that reflect their brand.
Responsibilities
- 6 months experience operating a sewing machine
- Stitch branded patches onto shirts and adjust trouser lengths
- Perform minor garment fixes using a sewing machine.
- Ensure clothing is clean and ready for packaging.
- Support colleagues with sewing tasks to complete orders on time.
- Keep the sewing station tidy and supplies in order.
Requirements
- Practical experience using sewing machines.
- Proven ability to hem pants, including blind-stitch techniques.
- Careful workmanship and an eye for accurate finishing.
- Ability to maintain quality while working at a steady production pace.
