Job Full Description
The Leasing Assistant drives property performance by managing the full leasing cycle, from generating leads and conducting tours to processing applications and executing lease agreements. They act as the primary point of contact, enhancing tenant relations, maintaining high occupancy rates, and supporting property managers with administrative tasks
- Leasing Operations: They showcase vacant units, highlight property benefits, and guide prospects through the application process to ensure swift unit turnover.
- Administrative Support: They prepare, process, and verify rental applications, credit checks, and lease documents to ensure compliance.
- Customer Service & Communication: They serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, maintenance requests, and tenant relations, fostering a positive community atmosphere.
- Marketing & Occupancy: They help create promotional materials, monitor listings, and implement strategies to keep vacancy rates low.
- Financial Support: They assist with collecting application fees, security deposits, and in some cases, monthly rent payments
