Job Full Description

• Works with product team to reach and sustain desired overall proficiency with product failure analysis.
• Maintain workflow to ensure timely processing and closure of all received labor claims
• Assist the product management team as needed
• Maintain internal quality tracking documents
• Receives, identifies, and sorts UPS, FedEx, and DHL deliveries (samples vs. labor claims).
  Inspects, measures, and records all details about labor claims.
  Utilizes available resources to determine the root cause of product failure.
• •    Good communication skills.
  •    Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  •    Basic to Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  •    Ability to read and understand technical product specifications and drawings.
  •    Forklift Experience
• •    1-2 years auto repair experience, formal automotive training, or parts store experience.
  •    Previous experience as a shipping or receiving clerk. Or warehouse order picking.
  •    Vehicle parts knowledge, automotive part fitment, OEM, and aftermarket parts 
• •    Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  •    Regular sitting, walking, standing, bending, and climbing stairs.
  •    Warehouse environment.
