Shipping & Receiving Clerk – Logistics / Warehouse
Location: Multiple Locations throughout Inland Empire
Pay: $18.50-$20.50
Express Employment Professionals is currently interviewing for experienced Shipping & Receiving Clerks to support logistics and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail, data entry skills, and experience handling shipping documentation in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage shipping and receiving documentation accurately.
- Prepare and verify Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipment paperwork.
- Enter shipment data into company systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Coordinate freight movements with yard personnel and forklift operators.
- Print shipping documents and maintain organized records.
- Communicate with drivers and internal teams regarding shipment details and scheduling.
- Ensure all shipments are processed in compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in shipping/receiving or logistics preferred.
- Strong data entry and computer skills.
- Experience working with BOLs and shipping documentation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
