Job Full Description
Express Employment Rancho Cucamonga is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Performance Surveillance Coordinator to join our wholesale food distribution team in Ontario, CA. This role is responsible for monitoring and analyzing employee productivity, transportation activity, and security compliance using Everlance, GPS tracking systems, and surveillance platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, in-field experience, and bilingual communication (English/Spanish).
Key Responsibilities
Surveillance & Performance Monitoring

Monitor live and recorded surveillance feeds in warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and yards.

Track and analyze productivity for warehouse staff, drivers, sales reps, and merchandisers.

Use Everlance and mileage tracking tools to validate time logs, routes, and stop durations.

Identify inconsistencies in timekeeping, performance, and route execution.

Flag suspicious activity such as route deviations, idle time, safety violations, or underperformance.
Transportation & Field Oversight

Actively monitor GPS tracking systems to ensure company vehicles follow assigned routes and timelines.

Conduct field route verification (up to 50% of the time) to check compliance and validate merchandising or delivery execution.

Maintain knowledge of regional geography, delivery zones, and traffic patterns to support route planning.

Audit route logs and reconcile with physical observations and data.
Reporting & Compliance

Generate daily and weekly reports covering transportation, productivity, and security findings.

Support HR and Operations with investigations of lost time, damaged goods, missed stops, or policy violations.

Ensure all surveillance, GPS, and tracking systems remain functional and report issues.

Support compliance with company policies regarding safety, labor standards, and asset protection.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

1–3 years of experience in transportation monitoring, fleet tracking, performance analysis, or security operations (food distribution experience a plus).

Proficiency with Everlance, GPS tracking platforms, and security camera systems.

Strong geographic knowledge and basic route planning skills.

Excellent observational, documentation, and analytical abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and conduct field visits regularly.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $25 – $35 per hour (DOE)
