CNC Press Brake Operator (Intermediate to Advanced – 5 Axis)
Location: Ontario, Ca
Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
Express Employment of Rancho Cucamonga is seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator with intermediate to advanced skills to support custom and production bending in a sheet metal fabrication/manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of CNC controls, 5-axis machines, and the ability to perform precise setups and adjustments.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC press brake machines (5-axis preferred) for custom and production bending.
- Perform punch and die setup and make adjustments as needed for accuracy.
- Navigate and operate CNC control systems efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications.
- Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet required tolerances.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following company standards.
Qualifications
- Intermediate to advanced experience operating CNC press brake machines.
- Experience with 5-axis press brake operations preferred.
- Strong understanding of custom sheet metal fabrication and production processes.
- Ability to perform punch/die setup and machine adjustments.
- Familiarity with CNC controls and programming/navigation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines.
