Express Employment Professionals of Rancho Cucamonga is currently hiring a MIG Welder for a growing metal fabrication company in Ontario, CA. We are seeking a dependable welder with experience in MIG welding and metal fabrication who takes pride in producing quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This position involves welding fabricated metal boxes into finished products and performing grinding and finishing work to ensure quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on fabricated metal components and assemblies.
• Weld metal boxes and structures according to specifications.
• Grind and smooth welds, removing sharp edges and imperfections.
• Read and interpret work orders and basic fabrication drawings.
• Inspect finished welds for quality and structural integrity.
• Operate grinders and other fabrication tools safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience required.
• Experience in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to operate grinders and finishing tools.
• Ability to read measuring tools and perform accurate welds.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Must pass a drug screening and background check.
