We are seeking a motivated and experienced Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join our client’s team in Redding. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on property and casualty insurance products, developing and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring that all insurance policies are tailored to meet client needs. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a proven track record in the insurance industry and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities
-Client Consultation & Sales:
Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs.
Present and explain various insurance products, policies, and coverages.
Develop customized solutions that protect clients’ assets and mitigate risks.
-Policy Management:
Process new insurance applications, renewals, and endorsements.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, transactions, and policy updates.
Ensure all documentation complies with legal and regulatory standards.
-Relationship Building:
Cultivate long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and regular follow-ups.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and guidance on insurance matters.
Collaborate with underwriters and other professionals to ensure optimal policy outcomes.
-Market & Industry Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base.
Participate in local networking events and community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Licensing:
-Must hold a valid Property and Casualty Insurance License (California license preferred for local clients).
Experience:
Proven track record in insurance sales, client management, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in the property and casualty insurance market is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills and a client-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
Proficient in using insurance-related software and basic office applications.
