Position: Furniture Assembler / Delivery Assistant
📍 Redding, CA | 💼 Full-Time | 💲 $20–$22/hr DOE
About the client: A locally owned office furniture company is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Furniture Assembler/Delivery Assistant to join their team! This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and a chance to work in a professional, client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the assembly and disassembly of office furniture, both in the warehouse and on-site
Safely load, transport, and unload furniture for commercial deliveries
Ensure timely, accurate, and professional delivery to client locations
Maintain a clean and polished appearance, providing excellent customer service during each delivery
Follow delivery schedules and ensure proper documentation of completed jobs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and tools
Requirements:
Previous experience with furniture assembly and/or installation is preferred
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Reliable, punctual, and professional with strong attention to detail
Must be clean-cut and presentable, as this is a customer-facing role
Strong work ethic and ability to work well as part of a team
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time, Monday–Friday
$20–$22/hr, depending on experience
