Two Full-Time Positions with Partnership HealthPlan of California
Pay: $25/hour | Schedule: Monday–Friday | Location: Redding, CA
We are recruiting for two exciting opportunities with Partnership HealthPlan of California. Both roles require prior experience and offer a professional, fast-paced environment with great stability.
1. Transportation Specialist I
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) and Non-Medical Transportation (NMT) for members.
• Communicate with members, providers, and facilities to ensure timely and appropriate transport.
• Verify eligibility, determine benefits, and document cases accurately.
• Handle calls professionally in a transportation call center setting.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in call centers or high-volume clerical work and/or healthcare/medical settings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer data entry and phone-based customer service.

2. Claims Examiner I
Key Responsibilities:
• Review, research, and resolve Medi-Cal claims (medical, ancillary, long-term care, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with PHC policies, Medi-Cal guidelines, and CMS regulations.
• Generate provider correspondence and maintain accurate documentation.
• Meet production and quality standards in a deadline-driven environment.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in medical claims processing and/or coding.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with automated systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
