- Proven experience as a skilled tradesperson in one or more of the mentioned trades
- Proficiency in relevant tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
