Job Full Description
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates for a cold storage warehouse Richmond, CA. This position involves general warehouse duties, including loading and unloading products and order picking. This is a full-time, temp to perm position with a morning (5:30am) and a swing (2:30pm) shift available.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing product
- Accurately pick orders based on pick lists
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Perform additional warehouse tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently
- Able to stand and move throughout the warehouse for the entire shift
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
