Job Full Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented worker to support daily office and operational functions in a fast-paced environment. This is a Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm position based in Oakland, Ca. The role includes invoicing, billing, inventory, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoiced and customer billing accurately and on time
- Manage accounts payable, including vendor invoices, purchase order, and payment tracking
- Monitor and support inventory control (data entry, reconciliation, and reporting)
- Communiticalty effectively with company departments and vendors
- Assist with audits, documentation, and compliance related to cold storage operation
Qualifications/Requirements
- Strong knowledge of invoicing, billing, and accounts payable processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software
- Experience with inventory control systems and data tracking
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
