The Clinical Program Supervisor is a licensed behavioral health professional responsible for providing onsite clinical supervision, staff support, and quality oversight for assigned programs. This position ensures clinical integrity, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery in alignment with agency standards, County requirements, and Medi-Cal regulations. This role is essential in maintaining strong clinical practice, supporting staff development, and ensuring safe and effective services for youth and families. This is a full-time role based in Richmond, CA requiring you to work and be on-site. 

 

• Master's degree in social work, Marriage and family therapy, counseling, or related field 
• Minimum 3 years of experience 
• Meet BBS requirements to supervise Associate Clinicians 
• Active, unrestricted California LMFT, LCSW or LPCC license 
• Experience working with youth and families in community-based behavioral health programs 

Responsibilities: 

• Assign cases, monitor caseloads, and support staff with clinical and operational needs 
• Ensure assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes meet Medi-Cal, EPSDT, and County standards 
• Provide onsite crisis intervention and de-escalation support 
• Participate in staff onboarding, training, and field-based orientation
• Collaborate with County partners, schools, community agencies, and multidisciplinary teams
