Job Full Description
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented office staff member who can support daily administrative and operational functions. This role requires someone who can adapt in an ever-changing office environment and have excellent communication skills. This is on site, temp to perm, Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm based in Oakland, CA.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with using Microsoft Teams, Slack, etc
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management System
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide general admin support
- Manage and respond to communications via phone, email, text, and internal platforms
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Assist with data entry, tracking, and reporting using internal systems
