Job Full Description
We are a growing pastry manufacturing company based in Emeryville, CA, seeking a reliable and experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our graveyard shift team. This is full-time, temp to perm on site position.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a stand-up forklift (reach truck/order picker) safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, move, and stage product within the warehouse
- Pick and put away inventory accurately
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and food manufacturing guidelines
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Previous stand-up forklift experience required
- Ability to work overnight shifts and weekend nights
- Must have reliable transportation (public transit is limited during graveyard hours)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Schedule
- Start Time: 10:00 PM
- Shift: Overnight / Graveyard
- Required Availability: Saturday and Sunday nights
