Job Full Description
We are seeking an experienced Night Shift Operations Supervisor to lead the evening transportation and warehouse operations in Oakland, CA. This is a working supervisory position.
This role is ideal for someone who is committed to working nights, thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.
This is an on-site full-time night shift position. From 5:00pm-3:30am.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all night shift positions
- Dispatch drivers
- Resolve operational issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures and DOT regulations
- Oversee the day-to-day workflow on the warehouse floor
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to working overnight hours
- Experienced in supervisory roles
