Position Overview
The Material Handler will be responsible for unloading, inspecting, and documenting incoming shipments, ensuring materials are received accurately and safely. This role involves operating a forklift, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the flow of materials to production.
Key Responsibilities

Safely unload, inspect, and receive incoming shipments of materials and parts

Operate a forklift to move, stage, and organize inventory

Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips

Accurately enter receiving data into inventory system

Tag and deliver parts to the appropriate departments for production

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving dock area

Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines
Qualifications
-
Previous warehouse or receiving experience preferred
- 1+ years of Sit-Down Forklift work experience

Valid forklift certification

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-driven

Basic computer skills for inventory entry
