We are currently seeking a skilled Welder to join our production team.
Position Overview
The Welder will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal components used in the manufacturing of our wheelchair accessible vans. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on steel and aluminum parts

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings

Fabricate and assemble metal components to company specifications

Inspect welds for quality, strength, and accuracy

Maintain welding equipment and ensure a safe, organized work area

Collaborate with production team members to meet daily targets

Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
-
1+ year of welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting (automotive experience a plus)

Proficiency in MIG welding (TIG welding experience preferred)

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements

Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Certification in welding a plus, but not required
