Job Summary: A local consumer product distribution center in Corona, CA is looking to hire experienced Stand Up Forklift Operators!
Job Duties:
• Operate gas or electric-powered forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack materials.
• Oversee vehicle safety and product safety.
• Operate RF Scanner
• Shipping and Receiving
• Move materials, goods, and equipment as assigned
• Prepare, receive, and provide appropriate documentation for the delivery and pick up of goods to ensure timely and accurate transportation.
• Perform maintenance on the forklift. Stock materials or products.
• Control from carriage
• High reach maneuver
• Work platform; no forks
• Capacity of 3,000 to 5,000 pounds
Location: Corona, CA
Position Type: Ongoing
Hourly Pay: $19.00
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm + Occasional Saturdays when peak periods start during the Summer
Requirements:
- 6 Months + and recent experience with operating the Stand Up forklift.
- 6 Months + and recent experience with using the RF scanner
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
- Stand for 8 hours + per day
- Stock/Unload 60 pallets per day
- Must be able to work with little supervision and meet daily quota
- Will be required to watch a 2-hour forklift safety training video
