Position Summary:
The Customer Service Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their inquiries, requests, and issues are handled promptly and professionally. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation in company systems.

  • Assist clients with questions about services, scheduling, and account management.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues or escalate when necessary.

  • Track and monitor client requests to ensure timely resolution.

  • Prepare and distribute reports, updates, and communications as needed.

  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and following up on client requests.

  • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and streamline service processes.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems preferred.

  • Professional and positive attitude with a client-focused mindset.
