Job Full Description
Job Summary: A top pre-paid gift card call center in Corona, CA is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative!
Responsibilities include:
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and mail to ensure the best service.
• Answer customer questions regarding products, services, or operations.
• Provide pricing, service changes, and shipping details. Work with vendors to confirm orders are filled per required specifications.
• Answer client questions, investigate complaints, and correct errors using record files.
Location: Corona
Position Type: On going
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (Must be open for OT)
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail Oriented
- Problem Solver
