Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate with strong order picking skills and forklift experience. This role is primarily focused on RF scanning and order fulfillment, with sit-down forklift operation as needed. Ideal candidates are team players who are comfortable with consistent physical activity and working in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pull customer orders using RF scanning devices
• Perform order fulfillment tasks including packing, staging, and labeling
• Operate a sit-down forklift to move product safely and efficiently
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Work Breakdown

• 70–80% order picking / manual warehouse work
• 20–30% forklift operation

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ year of recent warehouse experience
• Sit-down forklift experience required (valid certification/license preferred)
• Experience using RF scanners for order picking
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Preferred Skills

• Experience in distribution or high-volume warehouse environments
• Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes
• Basic inventory control knowledge
