Job Full Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for performing general labor and material handling duties within a manufacturing and machine shop environment. Supports daily production operations by assisting machinists, fabricators, and other shop personnel while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility.

Perform general shop duties, including deburring, sorting, cleaning, and part preparation.

Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment.

Maintain housekeeping and organization throughout the shop.

Assist machine operators and production personnel as needed.

Follow all safety procedures and company work instructions.

Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Ability to lift and move materials as required.

Comfortable working in a machine shop environment.

Basic understanding of shop tools and equipment is a plus.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Manufacturing or machine shop experience preferred but not required.
