Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is hiring experienced Welders for a manufacturing companies in the San Bernardino area.
Qualifications needed:
-
Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Arc welding
-
Set up and adjust welding machines based on material type and thickness
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and shop drawings
-
Cut, measure, and assemble metal parts
- Perform tack welds and full structural welds
-
Grind, clean, and finish welds as required
-
Operate hand and power tools safely
-
Follow all safety procedures and maintain clean workspace
Requirements:
-
2+ year welding experience
-
Ability to read measurements and blueprints
-
Strong knowledge of welding techniques and processes
-
Familiarity with fabrication tools (grinders, torches, saws, plasma cutters)
-
AWS certification is a plus
