This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working independently, and has strong organizational and customer service skills. You will handle heavy inbound calls, schedule new and follow-up appointments, and perform data entry while maintaining a friendly, professional attitude at all times. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct heavy inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. Schedule new and follow-up appointments accurately using company systems. Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy. Maintain organized records and files through Share File and other programs. Communicate effectively with clients, customers, and team members. Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Work rotating Saturdays after training. Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Calendar, Excel, and Share File. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude. Minimum 1 year experience in an office setting (medical office experience a plus).
