Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate cycle counts of warehouse inventory Compare physical inventory counts to data in the WMS (Warehouse Management System) Investigate and reconcile any inventory discrepancies Communicate findings to inventory management teams Assist with unresolved pallet reports and support general warehouse duties as needed Maintain accurate inventory logs and count documentation Follow company safety guidelines and inventory control procedures Job Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or similar warehouse role Basic computer proficiency, including Excel and WMS software Strong math and analytical skills Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Must be reliable and have consistent transportation Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work independently and follow direction Must pass drug and background check Why Join Express?
