Report Processor (Medical-Legal Reports)
Pay Range: $18–$20/hr.
Location: Redlands, CA
Express Employment of San Bernardino is recruiting a Report Processor to perform quality control for medical-legal reports. This position plays a critical role in ensuring reports are accurate, complete, and professionally prepared prior to final submission. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and confident in proofreading and verifying sensitive medical documentation.
This position is perfect for someone with strong administrative experience, excellent grammar skills, and the ability to manage detailed documentation in a fast-paced medical or legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform quality control review of medical-legal reports
• Proofread reports for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting
• Verify accuracy of transcription, data identification, and completeness of documentation
• Ensure all information, data, and claims are accurate and properly documented
• Communicate appropriately and effectively with internal departments
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive medical and legal information
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills when discrepancies are identified
Required Qualifications
• Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading ability
• Basic computer software knowledge (MS Office Suite, ShareFile, Google Calendar, and other platforms as needed)
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple reports efficiently
• Professional communication skills and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
