Job Full Description
The sand molder, under limited supervision, will create precision dry sand molds that conform to quality requirements using MIS instructions in quantities designated by traveler.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operate Kloster Dry Sand Mixer
● Calibrate machinery per procedure
● Make molds
● Make pour cups
Remove Castings from Dry Sand Molds
● Shake out cores as needed
Competencies
● Able to read and understand technical instructions
● Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
● Solid writing skills and ability to maintain accurate logs
● Attention to detail
● Basic hand tool knowledge
● Basic Air Tool knowledge
● Effective communication skills
This is a Full time Monday- Friday 1:00pm-9:30pm
